After visiting my son in the hospital in Crown Point, I found the hotel rooms to be very clean and comfortable, but the temperature control and power buttons were missing or broken off, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was great for access to dining, shopping, and the highway, but there were issues with the sink drain. The dining options were minimal and not as advertised online. The staff was indifferent and even informed me that parking my semi there was against state law, which was disappointing.
